How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
The most effective way to submit your request is on our app> Our Village Tab> Account Modification Forms or Email amiletteklein@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership.
All hold requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
All membership cancellations require a 30 day notification.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
