Amilette Klein

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the new owner of FIT4MOM North County Inland. I'm Amilette, a proud mom of four amazing children aged 14, 12, 4, and 3. Originally from Puerto Rico, I've spent most of my life soaking up the sunshine in Southern California.

My journey with FIT4MOM began during a challenging period in my life when I was battling severe depression. At my doctor's recommendation, I sought out a supportive community of like-minded women, and that's when I discovered FIT4MOM. Joining this community transformed my motherhood journey, offering me purpose and a tribe to lean on during tough times.

When my older two children started school full-time, I temporarily stepped away from FIT4MOM. However, life had a surprise in store—an unexpected third baby eight years later. It was then that I realized exactly where I belonged. I attended one class, and without hesitation, applied to become an instructor. For the last four years, I've had the privilege of leading the Lake Park (Tri-City) location as part of the San Diego instructor team.

Fitness has always been a profound passion of mine, stemming from my involvement in Jr. Jazzercise in the early '90s and my two-decade-long dancing journey. I firmly believe that fitness isn't just about the physical aspect—it profoundly impacts our mental well-being. Like Elle says in "Legally Blonde," Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't.” (or our kids or anyone else for that matter).

I'm here to foster an environment where we can set aside our daily pressures and embrace self-love—even if it's just for an hour each day. Let's leave everything at the "door" and come to class prepared for movement, laughter, and connections that nourish our souls. I'm eagerly looking forward to meeting each of you and supporting you on your motherhood journey.

Allow me to share a bit more about myself: I cherish integrity, genuine friendships, and the strength of community, all rooted in my family and faith. Authenticity is essential to me, embracing our imperfections while extending grace and choosing face-to-face conversations over gossip.

And here are some fun facts about me:

- I'm passionate about languages! Spanish is my first language, followed by English. I've also studied American Sign Language for four years, and I'm currently learning Italian. Additionally, I've self-studied French and have a basic understanding of Portuguese.

- You might catch a glimpse of me dancing during the 2003 SuperBowl!

- My primary love language is quality time; sharing a walk, hike, or a long lunch conversation means the world to me.

I'm excited to connect with each location every week, building deeper relationships with all of you. Let's embark on this journey together!
