Simple, open-ended fun is on the agenda! After class, we’re hosting a Block Play Playgroup at Rancho Bernardo Community Park — where your little ones can stack, build, knock down, and create using a variety of building blocks. It’s great for imagination, fine motor skills, and most of all... FUN!

✨ Playgroups are always FREE, and if you’re new to FIT4MOM, your first class is FREE too! Come move with us, then stay and play.
