FIT4BABY® is a prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

LOVESTRONG Wellness offers ongoing support to help you reach your goals as you transition to life as a new parent. We are building a prenatal and postpartum care center to provide you education to prepare for your delivery as well as the support you need once your newborn has arrived. Many of our team of experts care for the whole family but all have received additional education and training in women’s and/or pediatric health. It takes a village and we are here to help!
