Check-in: 8:00am - 8:30am

Workout: 8:30am - 9:30am

Party: 9:30am - 11:00am

What to bring:

-A mat or towel for core work & restorative stretch and mediation at the end.

-Weights (5, 8 or 10lbs if you have them- we will have extras)
