Join us for class and then stay for some quality mama connection time! After our Stroller Strides workout (9:15–10:15 AM), we’ll take a little walk over to Starbucks together, grab a drink, and then head back to the playground so the kids can burn off some energy while we sip and chat.

💬 It’s a simple but sweet time to unwind, build friendships, and feel supported in your motherhood journey.
