July 1st Playgroup: 4th of July Craft!

Looking for a fun and festive way to kick off July with your little one? Join us for a 4th of July-themed craft right after our morning Stroller Strides class!

Class: 9:15–10:15am

Playgroup: Starts at 10:15am

We’d love for you to join us for class beforehand — your first class is totally free! Stroller Strides is a fun and effective full-body workout for moms, with your kiddos in tow. We combine cardio, strength, and core training — all while keeping your child engaged in their stroller.

Playgroups are always free and open to everyone — no membership required! Come meet other moms, let the kids play, and enjoy some festive fun together.

Whether you're a FIT4MOM regular or just curious about what we’re all about, we’d love to see you there!
