Stronger Every Season Pilot

An 8 Week Strength + Lifestyle Program for Perimenopause and Postmenopause

We have supported women through every stage of motherhood for 25 years! Now many of us are entering a new season. Midlife.

This pilot program is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their bodies.

Before we launch this program nationwide, we are testing and refining it right here in San Elijo Hills with a small group of committed women.

This is not just a workout program. It is a comprehensive strength and lifestyle experience built for the realities of midlife.

Program Details

Start Date: April 7

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am

Location: San Elijo Hills (5Tool Batting Center)

Duration: 8 weeks

Investment: $399

What You Will Experience

  • Two strength focused workouts each week designed specifically for peri and post menopause

Women typically in their 40s through 60s who are experiencing changes in strength, energy, recovery, body composition, or overall wellbeing and want a smart, supportive plan designed for this stage of life.

What To Bring

We will have 8 lb and 10 lb dumbbells available at each session. This program is built around progressive strength training, so you may be encouraged to bring heavier weights as you get stronger. Your day 1 assessment will help determine appropriate starting weights. Many women who have been working out will likely benefit from having 15 lb or 20 lb dumbbells available.

Bring your own mat and water to each session.
